Our little princess is 2!

I cannot believe Ellie is already 2!! It feels like just yesterday that we were bringing this sweet angel home. Here is Ellie 1 day old at Northside. She was such a wonderful, sweet and good baby!

Now she's our wonderful, sweet and funny 2 year old! Yesterday we celebrated her 2nd birthday with a Princess Party at home. And as Aunt Liz says... "Ain't no party like a Princess Party, 'cause a Princess party don't stop!" Yes, it's catchy isn't it? And true apparently. It was a late night!

Here is our little Princess...


She had a blast at her party as did Mommy, Daddy, Chase, and all our royal guests in attendance! The theme was of course "Princess" because Uncle Jack and Nana introduced her to disney over the summer and she's now really into "pincess" stuff. Aunt Liz painted her a castle and a pin the horn on the unicorn game and the kids dressed in princess and knight outfits and played outside until they were either carried away in a sugar fit or passed out mid-playing (as Chase did later in the evening). I was lucky to have a few fairy godmothers (Kathryn, Melissa, and Liz) as helpers to decorate and help run the show. Here are a few pictures from our royal affair...
